Your GDPR rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding personal data processed by Ileen:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@hypaz.com. We respond to all data-subject requests within 30 days as required by GDPR.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
