Your GDPR rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding personal data processed by Ileen:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@hypaz.com. We respond to all data-subject requests within 30 days as required by GDPR.

Enterprise Team

If you use Ileen through an Enterprise Team workspace, the company owner can see the list of team members and the usage attributed to each of them. Team members cannot see the company’s balance, payment methods or invoices. HYPAZ processes the workspace’s content and usage on behalf of the company; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request for customers who act as data controllers and require a DPA under Article 28 of the GDPR. Contact support@hypaz.com to request a copy.
