Enterprise Team

Enterprise Team lets a company work together in Ileen. One person — the company owner — holds the payment method and the credits. The owner invites colleagues by email. Each colleague gets their own login and works on the company’s projects, with no card of their own: everything they run is billed to the company.

Team members use Ileen fully — Design, Develop, Content and Deploy — within the modes and features turned on for the company’s account.

Setting up the company (owner)

Enterprise Team is switched on by our team when your company needs it, and the company workspace is created for your account at that time. Contact support@hypaz.com to request it.

Before your colleagues start, make sure the owner account has a payment method and a positive credit balance in User menu → Credits & Billing. Team members cannot work while the company’s balance is empty.

Inviting a team member (owner)

  1. Open the user menu in the sidebar footer and choose Enterprise Team.
  2. Enter your colleague’s email address and click Send invite.
  3. Ileen emails them a Create your account link, valid for 72 hours.

Rules:

  • The email must not already have an Ileen account. If it does, the invite is refused. Use a different address, or ask your colleague to delete their existing account first.
  • You cannot invite the same email twice while an invitation is pending.
  • A company can have up to 50 team members by default. Pending invitations count towards the limit. Ask support if you need a different limit.
  • Pending invitations can be revoked or resent from the same page. Resending gives a new link and a new 72 hours, and the old link stops working.

Joining a company team (new member)

  1. Open the link in the invitation email.
  2. Enter your first name, last name and a password (8–72 characters), and accept the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the specific clauses listed. Marketing emails are optional.
  3. Your account is created and you land in the app. You log in later with the invited email and your password, like any other account.

You do not add a payment method or buy credits — you will not be asked to, and the billing screens are not available to you. Your account shows Billing is managed by <your company>.

What team members can and cannot do

Team members can:

  • Open every project of the company and create new ones.
  • Run all AI features the company’s account includes.
  • See the list of colleagues in Enterprise Team (read-only).
  • See their own usage in the Usage Dashboard.

Team members cannot:

  • Add or change a payment method, buy credits or set up auto-refill.
  • See the company’s credit balance, invoices or the usage of colleagues.
  • Invite or remove colleagues.
  • Change the company’s details (name, VAT number, address) in their profile.
  • Be invited to, or join, other people’s projects through Collaborating on Projects.

Billing and usage

All AI usage of the whole team is deducted from the company’s credit balance:

  • The owner’s auto-refill, if enabled, tops up the balance for the whole team.
  • If the balance reaches zero and cannot be topped up, team members see Your company’s balance is exhausted… Ask your company administrator to add funds and nothing new can start until the owner adds credits.
  • The owner sees the usage of each member in the By Team Member view of the Usage Dashboard.

Removing a team member (owner)

In Enterprise Team, click the remove button next to the member and confirm.

  • The member’s account is permanently deleted and they lose access at once.
  • The company’s projects, data and usage history are not affected: they belong to the company.
  • Their jobs that were already running are allowed to finish, and are billed to the company.
  • To give the person access again, send a new invitation. They get a new account.

The company keeps the email address of removed members so the usage report can still show who ran what.

Team members can also delete their own account from the Account page. This has the same effect, and the company’s projects are untouched.

When the workspace is not active

If the company workspace is suspended, or Enterprise Team is turned off for the owner’s account, every team member sees:

This workspace is not active. Please contact your company administrator.

Nothing is deleted. As soon as the workspace is active again, team members can continue where they left off.

FAQ

Can an existing Ileen user join a company team?
Not in this version. Invitations can only be sent to email addresses without an account. An existing user can delete their account and be invited with the same email, or be invited with a different address.

Can a team member belong to more than one company?
No. A member belongs to exactly one company.

Where do projects created by a team member live?
In the company’s workspace. They are visible to the whole team and to the owner, and their usage is billed to the company.

Why can’t a team member see the credit balance?
Billing belongs to the company. Members only see whether the workspace is able to work.

Can I limit how much each member can spend?
Not currently. Use auto-refill thresholds and the By Team Member usage view to keep an eye on consumption.

The invitation email did not arrive.
Check the spam folder, then ask the owner to resend it from Enterprise Team.
