Docs Chatbot

The Docs Chatbot is a floating assistant available throughout the Ileen application. It answers questions using the official Ileen documentation, so you can get help without leaving the page you’re working on.

How to use

  1. Look for the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any Ileen page.
  2. Click the icon to open the chatbot.
  3. Type your question in plain English — for example:
    • “How do I set up Git credentials for a project?”
    • “What are credits and how do I refill them?”
    • “Can I change the tech stack after the Tech Leader stage?”
  4. The chatbot responds with an answer drawn from the documentation. It references the relevant pages so you can read more if needed.
  5. Click the X button or anywhere outside the widget to close it.

What it can answer

The chatbot covers everything in the Ileen documentation, including:

  • Getting started and account setup
  • Design, Develop, Content, and Deploy mode workflows
  • Credits, billing, and subscription management
  • Git credential setup, deployment guides, and troubleshooting
  • Project management, task plans, and the usage dashboard

Limitations

The Docs Chatbot is a helpful tool, but it has a few limitations to keep in mind:

  • Responses are based on the official documentation — the chatbot cannot access your account data, project files, or live system status.
  • May not include the most recent updates — documentation is refreshed on each site build, so very recent changes may not be reflected immediately.
  • Limited to text-based questions — you cannot upload screenshots, code files, or attachments to the chatbot.
  • Does not perform actions — the chatbot cannot create projects, run tasks, or make changes to your account. It only provides information.
  • Answers are generated — while the chatbot draws from official documentation, it may occasionally misinterpret a question. If an answer seems off, try rephrasing your question.
