Ileen on mobile
Your next idea does not have to wait until you are back at your desk. Use Ileen from your phone or tablet to capture a requirement, read a project summary, review generated copy, or answer a deployment question.
This is the Ileen web app, with layouts adapted for smaller screens — not a separate mobile app. Open ileen.hypaz.com in your mobile browser and sign in. No installation is required; an internet connection is.
Start with the work you already have
- Open Ileen in your browser and sign in with your usual account.
- Tap Menu in the top navigation row to open the sidebar.
- Use the mode selector in the sidebar footer to choose Design, Develop, Content, or Deploy, then select your project.
- Close the menu to return to your workspace.
Your account gives you access to the same saved projects when you change devices. Before leaving another device, finish and save or submit your work where the app provides those actions. Do not assume that an unsent message or an unfinished form will follow you to your phone.
Four modes, everyday moments
| Mode | A useful mobile moment | Where to go next |
|---|---|---|
| Design | Capture a requirement after a conversation, discuss it with the Architect, then read the summary or inspect an existing mockup. | Design tutorial |
| Develop | Ask a question about a connected repository, review a task plan, or check a task result before deciding your next step. | Task Plans |
| Content | Review generated social posts or landing page copy when you have a few minutes to focus on the wording. | Content tutorial |
| Deploy | Read the deployment conversation, answer the assistant’s questions, and provide a requested credential through Secrets. | Deployment guide |
The mobile layout changes how the workspace is arranged, not the purpose of each mode. Your usual project permissions and credit rules still apply.
More room for the conversation
On narrow screens, the Menu and assistant controls sit in a dedicated top row rather than covering the workspace actions. The sidebar scrolls and has a Close button, so you can reach the mode selector and return to your work.
In the Architect workspace, documents and the project summary open on demand in panels. Open the material you need, read it, then close the panel to return to the chat. An existing mockup has its own full-screen workspace and an expandable preview — useful for a focused look at the proposed design.
Forms and result panels stack to fit the screen. Touch actions are visible without needing to hover, and dialogs keep their headers and actions reachable while their contents scroll.
Read wide content without losing your place
Long tables, code blocks, and diagrams can be wider than a phone. Swipe or scroll inside that content area to see the rest rather than moving the whole page sideways. Diagrams use native touch scrolling for panning.
For a dense architecture review or a detailed mockup inspection, a tablet, landscape view, or a larger screen may still be more comfortable.
Deploy: Secrets are still within reach
The desktop credentials column may be hidden on a small screen, but you can still open the Secrets Panel:
- Tap Secrets in Deploy, or Go to Secrets Panel when the assistant asks for credentials.
- Open the provider entry and use its secure form to add the requested credential. Never paste secrets into the chat.
- Choose Store Securely to save it.
- When you are ready to continue, explicitly choose Resume in the Secrets Panel.
See Providing credentials for the provider-specific requirements.
A focused view for external clients
If you are reviewing a shared Design project through the external client portal, use Chat / Docs / Summary / Mockup to view one pane at a time on smaller screens. You can read the brief, discuss a requirement, and inspect a shared mockup without fitting every panel beside the conversation.
This layout does not grant additional access: the portal keeps its existing review-focused permissions. See External Clients for sign-in and access details.
Help and billing, without hunting
- Tap the assistant button in the top row for help drawn from the Ileen documentation.
- Open Menu, then the account menu in the sidebar footer to reach account settings and Credits & Billing. These dialogs open over the workspace rather than staying inside the drawer.
A few practical boundaries
- Stay online. This guide describes browser-based use, not offline work, an installable native app, or push notifications.
- Keep saved work distinct from drafts. Accessing the same project on another device is not a promise of live syncing for unsaved edits.
- Expect keyboard differences. Virtual keyboards and browser behaviour vary by device. Scroll within the active panel to reach its fields and actions; browser zoom remains available.
- Choose the right screen for the decision. A phone is useful for focused conversations and reviews; complex plans and credential setup may benefit from a larger display. Behaviour can vary between browsers and devices.
