Pricing
Ileen runs on prepaid credits. Freelancers pay only for what their AI agents actually consume, with no monthly fee. Enterprise accounts add a monthly plan that includes credits. No seats, no surprises. All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT, which is calculated at checkout.
Pay-as-you-go
Credits are deducted in real time after every LLM call from the architect, tech lead, team lead, developers and coder agents.

Set a low-balance threshold and Ileen tops-up automatically with your saved card. Disable any time.
Stripe Tax
VAT / sales tax is computed automatically by Stripe based on your company address and shown on every invoice.
Plans
Freelancers — €0 per month
There is no monthly fee and no subscription. You pay per use: top up from €5 and use the credits on the modes included in your account. Sign-ups from this website always create Freelancers accounts.
Included: Design, Develop and Content modes, pay-per-use credits and optional auto-refill.
Not included: Deploy mode, project sharing with collaborators, the external client portal and the Ask Ileen AI docs assistant.
Small Team — €39 per month
A monthly subscription for small teams. Your saved card is charged €39 when you subscribe and then on the 1st of every month. Each charge adds €20 of credits to your balance. The included credits are cumulative: they add to your balance and do not expire while your account is active, so a mid-month subscription still gets its €20 — and the next €20 on the 1st. The plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. Choose Freelancers or Small Team when you add your card, and change it any time in Credits & Billing.
Included: everything in Freelancers, plus project sharing with up to 3 collaborators.
Not included: Deploy mode, the external client portal and the Ask Ileen AI docs assistant.
If a renewal payment fails, the plan is paused until you update your card; your credits stay available. To change plan while a payment is outstanding, contact support.
Cancelling. Switch to Freelancers in Credits & Billing at any time. It takes effect immediately: charges stop, your collaborators are removed and project sharing is turned off. The credits already in your balance stay available. The fee already charged for the current period is not refunded and is not pro-rated.
Enterprise — monthly plans
Enterprise is one plan for every company, whatever its size. Choose the plan by the support hours, development hours and managed hosting on your own domain you need. Enterprise accounts are set up by our team after you contact us. Every feature is available, the monthly fee is charged to your saved payment method or invoiced, and you can add colleagues to your company’s workspace with Enterprise Team: they need no card of their own and their usage is billed to the company’s credits. Each plan is a monthly subscription that includes credits equal to its fee. When the included credits are used up, usage continues on pay-per-use top-ups.

How a credit is calculated
Ileen charges for the tokens consumed by each AI agent. Tokens are the unit of measurement for LLM work — roughly, 1 000 tokens ≈ 750 words of text.
Every agent run deducts credits based on how many tokens were sent to the model (input) and how many it generated in response (output). Output tokens are more expensive than input tokens.
What is counted
Each run is split into four token types, each with its own per-token rate:

How the price is set
Ileen does not use a single fixed price list. For each task, Ileen dynamically selects the most suitable AI model for the job — lighter models for simple steps, more capable models where quality and reasoning matter — and this selection can change over time as we improve the platform.
Because each model has its own per-token rates, the exact cost of a run depends on the models it used. As an indication, current rates across the models in use fall roughly in a range of €0.50–€10 per million tokens, depending on the token type (input, output, cache) and the model selected.
The amount of each run is calculated as:
tokens used × the model’s rate for each token type, converted into euros, plus Ileen’s service margin.
Practical example
A typical design project (brief → full architecture document with architect, tech lead and team lead review) consumes roughly 300 000–900 000 tokens across all agents, which at current rates translates to approximately €2.00–€6.00 depending on project complexity and the models used.

Auto-refill
- Threshold — when your balance drops below this amount (€1 to €500) a top-up is triggered.
- Amount — how many euros to recharge each time (€5 to €500).
- A deduplication guard prevents double-charges and the threshold is re-checked right before charging.
- If one refill is not enough to get back above the threshold, Ileen charges again, up to 3 consecutive times each time auto-refill runs.
- You can pause or disable auto-refill at any time from Credits & Billing.
Invoices & refunds
- Every purchase is issued as a Stripe Invoice with VAT applied.
- Invoices are downloadable from the Stripe customer portal.
- Credit purchases (top-ups and auto-refills) and subscription fees are final and non-refundable, including unused credits and the unused part of a billing period. See the Terms of Service (section 5.3).
