Stripe Tax
VAT / sales tax is computed automatically by Stripe based on your company address and shown on every invoice.
How a credit is calculated
Ileen charges per token consumed by each AI agent. Tokens are the unit of measurement for LLM work — roughly, 1 000 tokens ≈ 750 words of text.
Every agent run deducts credits based on how many tokens were sent to the model (input) and how many it generated in response (output). Output tokens are more expensive than input tokens.

Practical example
A typical design project (brief → full architecture document) consumes roughly 50 000–150 000 tokens across all agents, which translates to approximately €0.50–€3.00 depending on project complexity.

Auto-refill
- Threshold — when your balance drops below this amount (10 to 5 000 credits) a top-up is triggered.
- Amount — how many euros to recharge each time (€5 to €500).
- A deduplication guard prevents double-charges and the threshold is re-checked right before charging.
- You can pause or disable auto-refill at any time from Credits & Billing.
Invoices & refunds
- Every purchase is issued as a Stripe Invoice with VAT applied.
- Invoices are downloadable from the Stripe customer portal.
- Unused credits are refundable on request within 14 days of the purchase, in line with EU consumer law.
